We are pleased to announce that How2 are now hosting training videos for Cheshire East ICP Cardiovascular Transformation Group. This group is running a project where GP Practices sign up to a funded scheme to look at three risk factors, Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. They are also working on improving and harmonising the care of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and heart failure.
The project includes:
A video for GP Practice staff demonstrating how to do the above, including all the associated paperwork, has been created and added to the How2 website under a brand-new bundle entitled, ‘East Cheshire Cardiovascular Project’. This ensures version control and provides a central reference point as well as allowing the project team to see who has downloaded the information.
Our latest video to be added to the How2 site takes a look at the Confidentiality Policies on EMIS Web and how these are used to hide contents of patient records from those who should not view it.
